Wild Horse Outreach Programs: Theater in the Schools

AN EVENING OF PEACE

World Dance Open Floor Night, and Comma Coffee is proud to present “Peace Project” performed by Wild Horse Children’s Theater’s touring company.  This special evening of music will take place on the International Day of Peace, Friday, September 21st beginning at 8:00 p.m.

Wild Horse Children’s Theater will be presenting songs and dances from their touring company “Peace Project”.  This cast of 12 talented young actors will be performing “Peace Project” free of charge at local schools through a generous grant from Ben and Jerry’s Foundation.   Professional belly dancer, Starr, has been dancing since 1991 and has studied with some of the best dancers/teachers in the world.  She is the Mirthful Mistress of the Microphone every month for World Dance Open Floor Night.  Any type of dancer is invited to come share their dance.  Sign ups start at 7:00 p.m. and are limited to 7 minutes for solos and 10 minutes for groups. 

Come and join the talented kids from “Peace Project” and Starr in promoting world peace through music and dance!  The evening is free and donations are welcome and will benefit Wild Horse Children’s Theater’s scholarship program.
